Assist Commis 1 and Commis 2 in food preparation and basic cooking.
Perform routine kitchen tasks such as peeling, chopping, cutting, and washing ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures to prevent spoilage.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI or brand SOPs.
Assist in receiving and storing raw materials and kitchen supplies.
Support other kitchen staff during busy operations and service hours.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
Maintain discipline and follow the chain of command.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations.
Passion for learning culinary skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior internship or training in a kitchen is a plus (not mandatory).
