Restaurant Captain – Job Role
Welcome and seat customers politely.
Supervise waiters & stewards during service.
Coordinate orders between kitchen & service team.
Ensure tables are clean & well set.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
Suggest menu items & upsell specials.
Maintain service quality & hygiene standards.
Train and guide service staff.

Education:
Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
Preferred: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (optional but added advantage)
Experience:
2–3 years in restaurant service, with at least 1 year as Captain/Senior Steward
Experience in handling team and guest service in busy restaurants
Skills:
Good communication in Tamil (basic English preferred)
Leadership and team management skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of menu, food service, and table etiquette
Other Requirements:
Neat grooming and hygiene
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours
Willing to work in shifts and weekends
