JOB DESCRIPTION
● Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following established recipes
and presentation guidelines.
● Ensure consistent quality in every cup by maintaining proper brewing techniques and
standards.
● Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and enhance their coffee experience.
● Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
● Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
● Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.
● Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
● Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

Requirements

● Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop,
café, or similar setting.
● Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.
● Skills: Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for coffee and customer
service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
efficiently. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.Strong knowledge of coffee
brewing methods, latte art, and espresso preparation.Flexibility to work weekends,
holidays, and different shifts as needed.
● Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or a relevant field. Certification in barista training
or a coffee-making course. Experience with premium or artisanal coffee brands.
