Receive, check, and store food, beverage, and non-food items in accordance with company SOPs.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Conduct daily stock verification and report discrepancies to the Store Keeper / Accounts team.
Assist in preparing purchase indents and follow-ups with vendors/suppliers.
Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the store area.
Monitor expiry dates, FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) systems.
Coordinate with kitchen and service departments for timely issuance of materials.
Support periodic audits and assist in inventory reconciliations.
Maintain documentation for inward/outward material movements.
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards as per company policy.
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant store or inventory management experience.
1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or QSR setup preferred.
Knowledge of basic inventory systems and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to work in shifts and handle physical stock movement.
