Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Restaurant Service Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a top-tier dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Welcome guests, take food and drink orders accurately, and serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Menu Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, including daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are clean, sanitized, and properly set before and after each guest.
Order Management: Use the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle payments accurately.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
Upselling: Recommend menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
Any Guest Handling experience highly desired
Work Time - 12 PM to 10 PM (Mon to Fri) & Sun (4 PM to 10 PM)
Weekly 1 Day off
