Cobbler and Crew is part of a dynamic group that operates multiple award-winning bars and restaurants. We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team and help us achieve new levels of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure exceptional guest interaction, providing personalized service and enhancing customer experience.
* Drive positive upselling techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimized and wastage is minimized.
* Standardize recipes and ensure adherence to quality and presentation standards.
* Innovate and improvise cocktails based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
* Assist actively in curating and updating bar menus to reflect trends and customer demands.
* Train and mentor bar staff, ensuring adherence to service protocols and beverage standards.
* Represent the restaurant in local and international bar competitions, showcasing creativity and mixology skills.
* Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety regulations in the bar area.
* Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, events, and themed nights.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or a senior bartender role.
* Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail preparation techniques.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
* Ability to train and motivate staff, ensuring high service standards.
* Creativity in mixology with a passion for crafting unique cocktails.
* Experience in inventory control and cost management.
* Certification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology is a plus.
