Shift options
• Restaurant timing: 9:00 am to 2:00 am
• Only night shift currently available (within this time window)
• Time flexibility for full time and part time (discussable in interview)
Salary & benefits
• Salary: up to ₹18,000 per month depending on experience and performance (fresher to 1–2 years)
• Staff meals during shift (if you provide)
• Weekly off as per roster
• Growth to Shift Leader / Captain for good performers (QSR style career path)

Key responsibilities
• Basic food prep: chopping, assembling burgers/bowls, frying, plating, packing orders as per SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and temperature control standards.
• Coordinate with counter/service team to ensure fast order dispatch and minimal errors.
• Support inventory control: refilling ingredients, reducing wastage.
