We are looking for an experienced Commis 1/2/3 (Bakery & Pastry) to handle daily production of baked goods and desserts. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Commis 1 – (Bakery & Pastry)
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in bakery/pastry section
Good knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong discipline and teamwork skills
Commis 2 – (Bakery & Pastry)
Requirements:
1+ years of bakery/pastry experience
Basic knowledge of baking and confectionery
Ability to work in shifts
Team-oriented and hardworking
Commis 3 – (Bakery & Pastry)
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in bakery/pastry (freshers with training can apply)
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
Certificate or diploma in Bakery & Confectionery preferred
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior chefs
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Physically fit to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with positive attitude and discipline
