As we continue to scale, we are looking to bring on board a seasoned HR leader who can help translate hospitality discipline into structured, service-driven workplace operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Human Resources with 12–15 years of experience, preferably from a luxury 5-star hospitality environment, to lead end-to-end HR functions across the group.
This role requires someone who understands structured service ecosystems and can build people frameworks that support premium customer experiences. The selected candidate will play a key role in building teams, implementing standards, strengthening governance, and shaping a high-performance culture aligned with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
Organization & Workforce Planning
•
Develop and maintain organization structures aligned with business growth

Define roles, reporting structures, KRAs, and accountability frameworks
•
Plan manpower requirements across functions
Talent Acquisition & Team Building
•
Lead recruitment across operations, facilities, client-facing, and corporate teams
•
Establish structured hiring processes and evaluation frameworks
•
Build hiring pipelines through direct sourcing and consultants
•
Ensure talent aligns with service-oriented cultural expectations
SOP & Process Implementation
•
Design and implement structured HR SOPs covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits
•
Partner with business heads to define operational standards
•
Maintain documentation discipline and process consistency
Service Standards & Grooming Framework
•
Establish grooming, conduct, and presentation standards
•
Define behavioral protocols for front-facing teams
•
Implement hospitality-inspired service guidelines
•
Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence
Training & Development
•
Conduct training needs analysis across departments
•
Develop structured induction programs
•
Implement service excellence and soft skills training initiatives
•
Build capability development plans for supervisory and managerial teams
Performance Management
•
Design KPI/KRA frameworks across functions

Drive structured appraisal cycles

Support leadership in performance development and improvement planning
Compliance & Governance
•
Oversee payroll inputs and validation
•
Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)

Maintain statutory documentation and audit readiness
•
Coordinate insurance and employee benefits administration
Employee Engagement
•
Design engagement initiatives aligned with brand values

Implement recognition and reward programs

Strengthen feedback and retention mechanisms
Candidate Profile
•
12–15 years of HR experience
•
Minimum 5+ years in a luxury 5-star hotel or structured hospitality environment preferred
•
Experience managing end-to-end HR operations independently
•
Strong exposure to team building, SOP documentation, training frameworks, and compliance
•
Familiarity with HRMS platforms (KEKA, greytHR, Zoho People, etc.)
•
Professional presence with strong stakeholder management skills

• Extensive HR Leadership Experience: 15–20 years of end-to-end HR operations experience, including talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Strong Knowledge of Indian Labour Laws: In-depth understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.) with experience managing audits and regulatory updates.
• HRMS & Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (such as Keka, Zoho, or similar), MS Office Suite, and AI-based HR tools for recruitment, analytics, and policy drafting.
• Strategic Performance & Culture Management: Proven ability to design performance appraisal systems, drive employee engagement initiatives, and implement training programs aligned with business goals.
• Educational Qualification & Core Competencies: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field, with strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, high integrity, and strategic decision-making capability.
