We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to assist in managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the kitchen. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, leadership ability, and good communication in English .Should be able to handle VVIP clients
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef or Senior CDP
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
- Experience in Continental / Indian / Multi-cuisine (as required)
- Good English communication skills
- Hotel Management graduate preferably
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Immediate joiners preferred
