Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry Commis 3 based in Ghaziabad. The role involves assisting pastry chefs in baking and preparing various baked goods, desserts, and other specialty items. You will ensure high standards of product quality, maintain hygiene protocols, assist in kitchen operations, and contribute creative ideas for new offerings. Collaboration with the team to deliver exceptional products is a critical aspect of this position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Baking and Cooking processes
Strong Creativity Skills for developing innovative pastries and desserts
Knowledge and adherence to Hygiene standards in a kitchen environment
Passion for baking and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is a plus
Ability to adapt and learn new techniques and recipes
Degree in Hotel Management/ Diploma in baking
