We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) division. This role is pivotal in driving our growth in the Bangalore and Tamil Nadu markets. The ideal candidate will leverage over a decade of experience and deep industry relationships to solidify Roxy’s position as a preferred supplier for large-scale food service providers.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Lead business development initiatives to capture and grow the HORECA segment in Bengaluru and Tamil Nadu.
Strategic Sales: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, executive chefs, and F&B managers at major hotel chains, restaurants, and cloud kitchens.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the production and logistics teams at our Bangalore unit to ensure seamless order fulfillment and quality compliance.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends within the flour and wheat products industry to maintain a competitive edge.
