We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Gelato Server to be the face of our brand, providing excellent service and perfectly scooped treats to every guest who walks through our doors.
Core Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent, friendly service.
- Scoop and serve gelato accurately and attractively according to portion standards.
- Prepare gelato-based items including cones, cups, sundaes, affogatos, and milkshakes.
- Refill display cases with gelato, ensuring freshness, cleanliness, and maximum visual appeal.
- Monitor gelato stock levels and report shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations, including temperature control and storage standards.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in inventory checks and assist in product rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system.
