A Steward, also known as a Guest Service Attendant, is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for guests in hospitality settings like restaurants, hotels, and events. They assist with table service, provide general guest assistance, and ensure a smooth operation by managing supplies and cleaning area
Guest Service: Welcoming guests, seating them, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
Table Service: Setting and clearing tables, stocking with necessary supplies, and ensuring a clean dining environment.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and other service areas.
Following Safety & Hygiene Standards: Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene regulations.
