The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests at the restaurant. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing table assignments, and ensuring smooth guest flow while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Manage waitlists and reservations (manual or via software).
• Assign tables efficiently based on guest needs and server availability.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Provide guests with menus and answer basic questions about the restaurant.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar customer-facing role preferred.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; diploma in hospitality is a plus.
• Skills:
• Friendly and professional communication
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good grooming and presentation
• Basic knowledge of reservation and POS systems
• Personality: Warm, polite, confident, and guest-oriented.
