We are looking for a dedicated and courteous Steward to join our food service team. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food service, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and clearance of dining areas before and after service.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, crockery, and cutlery.
Refill water glasses, clear used plates, and respond promptly to guest requests.
Assist in food plating and presentation under the supervision of chefs or senior staff.
Maintain pantry supplies and restock service areas as required.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per company policy and FSSAI regulations.
Assist in the dishwashing area if required.
Ensure waste disposal and segregation as per guidelines.
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude with guests and team members.
