Shift Operations:
Supervise and manage overall kitchen activities during the assigned shift.
Monitor order flow and ensure timely food preparation and dispatch.
Coordinate with delivery partners to reduce delays.
Team Management:
Manage, train, and motivate kitchen team members during the shift.
Allocate tasks and ensure optimal manpower utilization.
Ensure team members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Food Quality & Hygiene:
Ensure food is prepared as per brand recipes and quality standards.
Monitor kitchen hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with FSSAI and company guidelines.
Conduct regular checks on raw material storage, temperature logs, and waste management.
Inventory Control:
Track and maintain daily stock consumption
