Food Preparation & Handling:
Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes as per brand recipes.
Ensure portion control and consistency in every order.
Follow all SOPs for food preparation, cooking, and plating.
Order Execution:
Work in coordination with the team to fulfill incoming orders efficiently.
Ensure timely packing and handing over of orders to delivery partners.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
Inventory & Waste Management:
Inform supervisors of any raw material shortages or damaged stock.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method in stock usage.
Minimize food wastage and support waste segregation practices.
Support Activities:
Assist in kitchen opening and closing procedures.
Participate in daily cleaning, dishwashing, and kitchen upkeep tasks.
Attend regular training and team briefings.
Key Skills Required:
