Position Overview
A Service Waiter is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout service.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to additional requests quickly.
Handle billing, process payments, and thank guests as they leave.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred but not always required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
