The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant premises, including dining areas, restrooms, staff rooms, and outdoor spaces. The associate ensures that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times to provide a pleasant guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize guest areas, including dining tables, floors, and restrooms.
Refill toiletries and cleaning supplies as needed.
Handle waste disposal and maintain proper waste segregation.
Follow daily cleaning schedules and SOPs.
Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Assist in setting up the restaurant for daily operations (e.g., wiping down surfaces, arranging chairs).
Ensure safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and chemicals.
Physically fit and able to work on feet for long hours.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Punctual, reliable, and willing to follow instructions.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
