The Utility Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency in the kitchen and dishwashing areas. This role supports the kitchen team by handling dishwashing, waste disposal, and basic cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, dry, and organized.
Collect and dispose of garbage as per restaurant standards.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Support kitchen team with basic prep or cleaning tasks when required.
Maintain cleaning tools and report any damages or issues.
Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hot, and humid kitchen environment.
Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Punctual, reliable, and ready to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
