Job Description

We are seeking experienced and passionate South Indian Cooks and Tandoor Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

Required Skills for South Indian cooks
Strong expertise in Andhra cuisine and traditional Andhra cooking techniques.
Experience preparing:
Andhra Meals
Pappu varieties
Pulusu and Charu/Rasam
Andhra Chicken Curry
Chicken Fry
Mutton Curry
Gongura Chicken/Mutton
Royyala (Prawn) dishes
Andhra-style Biryani and Pulao
Pickles and Chutneys
Pesarattu, Dosa, Idli, Vada
Knowledge of spice balancing and authentic Andhra flavors.
Ability to handle bulk cooking for restaurant operations.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Good teamwork and time-management skills.

Required skills for Tandoor Cooks
Prepare and cook tandoori items such as kebabs, tikka, naan, roti, kulcha, and other tandoor specialties.
Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely service.
Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service periods.
