The Guest Relations Executive serves as the face of the organization, responsible for welcoming guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring a memorable and seamless experience throughout their visit. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Welcome & Assistance:
Greet guests warmly at arrival, assist with check-in/check-out procedures, and provide relevant information about facilities and services.
Guest Support & Service:
Handle inquiries, special requests, and minor complaints with professionalism and efficiency to ensure high guest satisfaction.
Maintain Guest Records:
Accurately update guest information, preferences, and feedback in the system to support personalized service.
Upsell Services:
Promote hotel/club services, amenities, events, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field
1+ years of experience in a guest-facing role (preferably in hospitality)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
Proficiency in handling multiple phone calls at once & maintain MS Excel.
